Is there really no credit card required to start?
Correct. The Free plan is free forever with no credit card. Paid plans start a 14-day trial — also no card required upfront.
What counts as an AI action?
An AI action is any time an AI agent processes a ticket: triage classification, draft reply generation, sentiment analysis, and so on. Each counts as one action regardless of which agent performed it.
What is BYOA?
Bring Your Own API Key. On Growth and Agency tiers you can connect your own OpenAI, Anthropic, or other provider key. AI actions through your own key are unlimited and billed directly by the provider.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
How does the Mova suite bundle discount work?
If you subscribe to both Mova Desk and Mova PM under the same organization, 20% is automatically applied to both subscriptions.
Is there a per-ticket cost on paid plans?
